About Francisco Bacigalupo

Francisco Bacigalupo is an Image and Sound Designer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He wrote and directed three short films, ‘Azcuénaga’(2015), ‘Cousins’(2016), and ‘Behind, the Sea (2018).
He has a strong theoretical background from his days at the prestigious University of Buenos Aires, but also a profound understanding of the industry provided by his work experience as an Assistant Director in advertising and TV shows.
Although his primary focus is on the film industry and the work of great American Authors, when talking about TV, his passion lies in character-driven shows by HBO. Nonetheless, those are not his only fields of expertise as he has a major thing for sitcoms and crime mini-series, a taste acquired at a very young age.
